REMEMBER EVERYONE DEPLOYED
Wearing RED on Fridays is the national campaign for the Military Veteran Project. A 100% volunteer led military charity based in the heart of America, Topeka, Kansas.
Shortly after the Attack on America on September 11, 2001, a grass-roots email got started that urged Americans to take a solemn moment to join together in remembering those who lost their lives and to unite.
The email said that on the Friday after 9/11, people should wear RED to remember.
You will soon see a lot of people wearing Red on Fridays. Here's why...
To recognize that Americans support our military service members and veterans.
The idea of showing our solidarity and support for our troops is starting Friday and continuing on each and every Friday there after.
If every one of you want to help show your silent support for our military then share this with acquaintances, fellow workers, friends, and neighbors, I guarantee that it will not be long before the USA will be covered in RED on FRIDAYS! Help honor our military and show them there are people supporting their service past and present. You will feel better all day Friday when you wear Red!
So let's get the word out and lead by example
Wear RED on Fridays.
I sent this out to everyone on my email list;
hopefully, you will too."
Help create change and show your support for our Military.
Wear RED every Friday.
